yes! everything is handmade and designed with love♡

do you ship internationally?

yes! you can find international shipping options available on my etsy shop! if you do not see a product on etsy don't hesitate to message me so i can make it available for you

what are oopsie items?

oopsies are products that have slight imperfections but the design is still intact, if a product is an oops it will be labeled! refer to specific product listings for more details

are your stickers waterproof?

they are water resistant, stickers with laminate have extra protection against water, i recommend to not leave stickers under water too long if laminated!

do you offer wholesale/bulk orders?

can you create a custom design for me?

currently i offer custom card, logo, and sticker designs, i'm always open to hearing your design ideas and if i am able to help i will be glad to! contact me here

why do memo pads have a lengthy processing time?

products are handmade with love and designed by me! i designed, printed, cut, and glued the memo pads with my own hands so not one memo pad will be the same since it is handmade and thus why processing time is 10-14 business days

it's been 2-6 business days (domestic shipping) since my order has shipped. why hasn't it arrived?

2-6 business days is the estimated shipping time, ever since covid there have been mail delays so allow 1-2 business weeks after the estimated time to see if it arrives, if not please reach out to me so we can figure out a solution! i thank you in advance for your patience!
